Software Packages
Most instruments supplied by Systegration already contain
basic software packages. In some cases, however,
more extensive packages are available, and some of these may be usable
with other suppliers' products, and even, in some cases, with equipment
of different types. Systegration can supply the
following packages either with equipment as an additional option, or in
a stand-alone form.
| VolumeGraphics Studio | This package is the entry level version of VolumeGraphic's full voxel level
analysis and visualisation of CT X-ray files, StudioMAX - see below.
It can import most CT X-ray file formats and perform
visualisation without segmentation., showing all slices as well as full
3D imaging.. It has limited animation functionality and simple
measuring tools. It can only perform defect detection, wall
thickness analysis, co-ordinate measurement and actual/nominal
comparison on *.vgl files prepared with the full StudioMAX

This package is
designed for voxel level analysis and visualisation of CT X-ray files
from many types of such equipment. It is also
capable of accepting MRI files, and even bit map stacks of any type of
3D scanning system. More

Data sets with
more than 1.5 GB can be handled on a PC, provided sufficient memory is
available. -
Tools are
available for quality control, rapid prototyping and reverse
engineering tasks. -
Automatic
wall-thickness analysis, porosity analysis, iso-surface extraction
with automatic mesh optimization and STL file export, in addition to

NanoFocus
μSoft
Analysis | This
package is designed for use with either uScan or uSurf from NanoFocus.
It can work seamlessly with data files produced by either of these
measurement systems and provides tools for analysing and processing
measurement data, as well as an integrated layout tool which not only
allows the preparation of reports in a way which permits convincing
illustration and documentation, but also allows the user to automate
the production of such reports when measurement tasks are to be
repeated. The whole package operates in accordance

NanoFocus
μSoft Automation | Recipe-driven software to automate almost any measurement process which can be done manually with eitheruScan or uSurf from NanoFocus.
Simple teach-in defines sample points to be measured
and measurement parameters to be preconfigured. Reference
points (fiducials) ensure precise re-positioning on series of samples. The software can link to μSoft

| WinSAM |
A software package designed by the
University of Erlangen for visualisation and numerical characterisation
of data captured from three-dimensional surfaces.
WinSAM is particularly suitable for detailed numerical analysis, and
can handle multiple data sets. Data cna be loaded
in formats from a wide variety of manufacturers' products, including .uScan and uSurf from NanoFocus. | Brochure |
